Dvj problem is that his strings doesn't have any low attacks. You can basically just stand blocking his strings cause his lows are so weak, so there's no need to be afraid of his lows. Plus if you learn his setups then he's useless. His only low that can go into a string combo is super risky.

im a victor main and while pissed at first seeing the patch notes. Ive genuinely reconciled with them and like the direction they forced victor into. I basically made it to purple off of those three moves you mentiond but now they basically forced my WR2 into a 50/50 instead of a pressure move. The important note is that Victor perfumer 1+2 was not a frame trap that now is so Victor still has something and whats great is very few people know about it now so he got all new match up knowledge. Im pretty happy and am now in Raijin I even beat some gold rank players on occassion I feel strong and its fun to play underdog characters.

The only buff that seems a bit too good is Paul’s f2 now being 13f, and having great range. Strong 13f moves haven’t been common to Paul, but now he has one. It’s spammable and on hit it gives massive advantage.

Yoshi players will be ok with nerfs no matter what because the character has always been on the weaker side historically until this game. We've already been use to playing a much weaker Yoshi. His damage is crazy but he still has to take a ton of risks unless you can get a crazy setup

Judging by the video, you can win with this mutant with your eyes closed. Everywhere and always it will get you and protection will not save you. A character for average minds. I think that it is still rather weak and in the new patch it would be nice to strengthen it further.😵‍💫
